This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of your orders from Aesh (“we,” “us,” or “our”) placed on aesh.in. We aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your 30% Extrait de Parfum and high-quality imitation jewellery.

1. General Shipping Information

• Shipping Location: We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India.
• Courier Partners: We partner with leading logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees) to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your products.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location.

2. Order Processing Time

• Processing: All orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) from the date of order confirmation.
• Peak Season: During peak sale periods (e.g., festival seasons, major sales), processing times may extend to 3–4 business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched (after the 1–2 business day processing period).

4. Order Tracking

• Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s website.
• Tracking Status: Please allow up to 24 hours from the time you receive the dispatch notification for the tracking link to become active.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• Availability: COD services are available only on select pincodes and for orders within a specified value limit. The availability will be confirmed at the checkout page.
• COD Charges: A small convenience fee may be charged for COD orders. This fee is non-refundable.
• Acceptance: The customer is required to pay the full order amount to the delivery executive before receiving the package.

6. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your Aesh products (especially the fragile 50ml perfume bottles) arrive in perfect condition.

• If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, crushed, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
• Immediately notify our Customer Support team (see Section 8) and share photographs of the damaged package. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund promptly.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make two to three delivery attempts.

• If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts or if the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
• In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and may require a re-shipping fee to send the order out again.
