1. Use of the Service

Eligibility: By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

2. Products and Services

A. Inspired Perfumes Disclaimer:

• Aesh sells high-quality perfumes that are inspired by the scent profiles of certain top designer fragrances.
• Concentration: Our perfumes are sold as Extrait de Parfum with a 30% Perfume Oil concentration.
• Non-Affiliation: We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the original brand names mentioned. All trademarks, names, and copyrights are the property of their respective owners. We are a separate entity.

B. Jewellery Disclaimer:

• Aesh sells high-quality imported imitation jewellery (also known as artificial or fashion jewellery), including pieces featuring original silver pins and gold-plated finishes.
• Durability: While we use high-quality materials, imitation jewellery is subject to normal wear and tear and requires proper care. We are not liable for tarnishing or damage due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

C. Pricing and Availability:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices for products at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: Your order submission constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order.

Payment: We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping and delivery are subject to the terms outlined in our separate Shipping and Delivery Policy.
• The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Refund and Exchange Policy (which you should create next).
• Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, products may be eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

6. Intellectual Property (IP)

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aesh.in.
• You may not use our trademark Aesh or any images, logos, or content from the Site without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the changes on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
